Cintiria has long embraced the philosophy of a more caring form of capitalism and is a strong advocate of global development and sustainability. More recently we have also committed to align ourselves with the UN’s Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

The 17 global goals are designed to be a "blueprint” to achieve a better and more sustainable future for all of us.

This is not only reflected in the way we manage our personnel, treat our suppliers, deal with clients and generally conduct our business, but we strive to play our part in achieving these goals in any way we can.

This might be through the types of assignments we accept or through the efforts of us as individuals or through actively supporting NGOs and other organisations through which we can achieve greater outreach than by working alone.

Our two chosen organisations for 2020 are “Rotary International” (our CEO joined Rotary in 2003 and was charter president of Baku International Rotary Club) and the other is “Moving Mankind”, a young organisation emerging onto the development landscape blending a progressive philosophy with practical ways of making a difference.

All connected with Cintiria understand the benefits of approaching both life and work with a socially responsible mindset. There is no need to compromise on success or competitive advantage. Indeed, such an approach, we find, fosters a higher level of individual and corporate wellbeing; helps drive success, and aids a synergistic alignment between business values, social values, environmental stewardship and inter-personal understanding.
